Winter Starts Here! There is plenty to get excited about as the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest winter party, the American Express Queenstown Winterfestival gets into it from June 25th to July 4th.
The Festival celebrates the beginning of winter with a jam packed 10 day programme featuring some hilarious, possibly outrageous and definitely unique Queenstown events. Each year around 60,000 Festival goers welcome the start of winter with street parties, fireworks, live concerts, comedy, food and wine, theatre, family fun and loads of action up on the mountain.
